Another tribute to Vampire:The Masquerade.

JUSTICARS, the true authorities in Camarilla society. There are only seven, one from each Clan. Justicars are extremely powerful and the presence for one in a city is generally a bad sign.
The Inner Circle is forbidden to pass any judgement directed upon any member of the Camarilla. This limits the abuse
of power by the Inner Circle. Therefore, their only avenue of control lies in these judges whom they appoint to pass sentences for
them. And the Justicars have the only authority, which they hold over all the Camarilla,
and indeed over all Kindred, except those that sit on the Inner Circle. These decisions of judgments from any one Justicar can ONLY
be challenged by another Justicar.
Justicars often have coteries of other Kindred who help them in their duties; these Kindred are known as Archons. These are often the
brood of the Justicar and are always willingly Blood Bound to them. They enforce the Justicar's will and report breaches of the
Traditions to them. Thus, the Archons are the eyes and ears of the Justicars.

The Traditions are the rules the Kindred live by, and they go like this:

The First Tradition: The Masquerade
Thou shalt not reveal thy true nature to those not of the Blood. Doing so shall renounce thy claims of Blood.

The Second Tradition: The Domain
Thy domain is thine concern. All others owe thee respect while in it. None may challenge thy word while in thy domain.

The Third Tradition: The Progeny
Thou shalt sire another only with the permission of thine elder. If thou createst another without thine elder's leave, both thee and thy progeny shall be slain.

The Fourth Tradition: The Accounting
Those thou create are thine own childer. Until thy progeny shall be released, thou shall command them in all things. Their sins are thine to endure.

The Fifth Tradition: Hospitality
Honor one another's domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shall present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word of acceptance, thou art nothing.

The Sixth Tradition: Destruction
Thou art forbidden to destroy another of thy kind. The right of destruction belongeth only to thine elder. Only the eldest among thee shall call the blood hunt.

This particular Justicar, from the Brujah clan, has arrived in the city to take care of some serious business In the background you can spot one of his Archons. (lol, sorry about the badge, I couldn't resist ) I'm not too happy about this piece, I'm not sure why. I just feel it lacks something. Or maybe it's the background that bothers me. *shrugs* I had a really hard time coming up with a fitting background. Oh well. Maybe I'll find a better one later
