This is my take on Luna, I did my best to follow the description from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
I noticed a strange thing, -the original book (that is; the British edition) says she has a necklace made of butterbeer CORKS. However, I am pretty sure that the US edition says CAPS. But I went for the corks as that's how JKR meant it to be

APPEARANCE
Eyes: Big and silvery gray.
Hair color: Dirty blonde, waist-length and straggly.
Distinguishing features: dreamy look, often seems to have turned up wherever she is completely by accident.
Wears a necklace made of butterbeer corks and radishes for earrings.
