It's weird that I can see it only in this and not the original photo, but here he looks exactly like Shannon Leto at first glance. I thought that was who you'd referenced until I saw the note at the bottom. Awesome job!

the one thing I'd point out is... to have that eye in focus and nothing else is odd... so (imo) you should either paint/blur that eye some more to blend better or paint the things on the same plane of focus with more detail :P

other than that... niffteh rogyou!

You read my mind while doing this. He looks almost exactly like one of my characters. Even the cigar is here and a sort of grin and the scarf. The facial hair, the hair!
